Our Agreement with You

Welcome to Finesse Holidays Inc! These Booking Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the traveler) and Finesse Holidays Inc. As a travel agency, we act as an agent on behalf of Third Party Service Providers, including airlines, accommodation providers, tour operators, and transportation services. It is important to understand both our general terms and conditions (Finesse Holidays Inc Booking Terms & Conditions) and the specific terms and conditions of the Third Party Service Providers related to your travel arrangements. In case of any inconsistency, the terms and conditions of the Third Party Service Providers will prevail.

Your Travel Booking

When making a booking with Finesse Holidays Inc.:

(a) You confirm that you have the authority to accept and agree to the Finesse Holidays Inc Booking Terms & Conditions and the terms and conditions of Third Party Service Providers on behalf of yourself and your travel party.

(b) Verify the accuracy of all details on your travel documents, bringing any errors or discrepancies to our attention within the same business day. Ensure that the names on your travel documents match those on your valid passport.

(c) Enter into a legally binding contract for the acquisition of travel-related products and services from Finesse Holidays Inc. and Third Party Service Providers.

(d) If booking on behalf of others, warrant that you have the authority to accept the terms and conditions on their behalf.

Finesse Holidays Inc. facilitates bookings, provides general advice, prepares itineraries, and issues travel documents. We do not warrant the standard of services or products provided by Third Party Service Providers, and any issues with their services should be addressed directly with the respective provider.

Deposits & Payments

Finesse Holidays Inc. will inform you of the deposit or full payment date. Advertised prices are indicative ('from prices'), and we reserve the right to modify them. Payment terms and conditions of Third Party Service Providers may require additional deposits or full payments. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the forfeiture of any deposit.

Documentation

Third-Party Service Provider travel documentation is issued upon full payment. We typically send documents electronically, and any request for hard copies may incur an administration fee. Travel documents are non-transferable, and it is your responsibility to collect them before departure.

Cancellations & Changes

Consider booking flexible products for international or domestic trips that allow changes or refunds. Third-party service providers may have the right to cancel or amend bookings. While we strive to notify you promptly of significant changes, we are not liable for any changes or costs incurred.

For changes due to errors in your booking, you can choose to accept the changes, opt for alternative arrangements, or cancel for a refund. Compensation for changes is outlined based on the notification period before departure.

NB. - Changes & Cancellations Beyond Our Control

Compensation does not apply if changes are made for reasons beyond our control, including force majeure, war, civil disturbances, health risks, and other similar events. If Third Party Service Providers offer Credit Notes or Travel Vouchers, we will pass them on to you.

Our Responsibility for Your Arrangements

We select efficient and reputable Third Party Providers, but overseas safety standards may vary. Finesse Holidays Inc. is not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of Third Party Service Providers. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements.

Your Agreement With Us

You consent to the processing of personal information for travel arrangements. We may disclose your information to facilitate bookings with Third Party Service Providers. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

If You Change Your Booking

Cancellation terms of Third Party Service Providers and Finesse Holidays Inc apply. Refunds, if applicable, are processed once received from Third Party Providers. Credit Notes or Travel Vouchers, if offered, will be passed on to you.

If You Have A Complaint

Report issues to the relevant Third Party Service Provider immediately. Contact Finesse Holidays Inc for resolution. Failure to contact us may affect your rights under the contract.

In Need of Emergency Assistance Outside of Office 

Contact Third Party Service Providers, Travel Insurance, local authorities, or consular services for assistance.

Passport, Visa & Immigration Requirements

Fulfill all passport, visa, and immigration requirements for your entire itinerary. Confirm with relevant authorities and embassies. We are not responsible if you cannot travel due to non-compliance.

Travelling With A Minor

All minors must carry an Unabridged Birth Certificate and parental consent when traveling. Confirm and fulfill all documentation requirements with the Department of Home Affairs.

Taxes & Frequent Flyer Program

Check with airlines for points under frequent flyer programs. Local taxes and charges may apply and are payable in local currency at departure. Retain all boarding passes for verification.

Insurance

Travel insurance is vital. We recommend adequate coverage and can arrange insurance for you. Our role is as an agent, and recourse is against the insurer.

Luggage & Baggage Information

Refer to airlines for luggage policies. Finesse Holidays Inc is not responsible for Third Party Service Providers' products or services. Check with airlines for conditions and restrictions.

Travel Advice & Vaccinations

Refer to travel advice and health requirements for your destinations. Ensure vaccinations and health documentation comply with regulations. Confirm with relevant authorities.

Photography

We use accurate and up-to-date photography with proper credits. Images provided by Third Party Service Providers are used with permission.

Pricing

Prices are indicative, subject to availability, and may change without notice. Seasonal surcharges may apply. Check with your Experience Expert for the best available deal.
